How much we pay

• 10% of what the buyer paid, excluding sales tax. A $49 form earns you $4.90.
• The buyer pays the normal price: there is no discount through the link.
• A commission is earned 30 days after payment. If the buyer gets a refund, it is cancelled or reduced.
• Payouts: once a month, in U.S. dollars, by bank transfer. You send us an invoice (a bill). The minimum payout is $50. You pay your own taxes on your income.

How it works

• Once approved, you get your own link like https://svoimusa.com/?ref=CODE.
• The person's browser remembers your code for 30 days. If they pay for a form in the same browser, the purchase counts for you.
• The paid part is sold only with an address in one of 16 states (the full list is in the Terms of Service; in Pennsylvania, except the City of Philadelphia itself). Tell your audience.
• Your own purchases through your link do not count.

Who can join

Authors of blogs and channels, admins of groups and communities, and media for Russian- and Ukrainian-speaking people in the U.S. Age 18 or older. We review every application by hand.

Who cannot join

• attorneys;
• DOJ accredited representatives and DOJ recognized organizations;
• notaries, "notarios", "immigration consultants";
• anyone who fills in forms for other people for a fee (preparers).

Main prohibitions

• Filling in forms for people or helping them fill in forms.
• Giving advice on a case: which form or category to choose, what the chances are.
• Calling yourself or us an immigration consultant, notario or expert, in any language.
• Promising approval or processing times, or saying "we file for you".
• Speaking for USCIS or the government.
• Spam, search ads on the word Svoim USA, pages or accounts in our name.
• Advertising the paid part as if it were available in every state.

Required: say that you earn a commission

In every post with your link, in the language of the post and next to the link, say that you earn a commission. For example: "I earn a commission if you buy through my link." This is required by the rules of the FTC (U.S. Federal Trade Commission).
