Svoim USA Terms of Service

This is an agreement between you and us.

1. Who we are

Svoim USA is software at svoimusa.com. It is made and provided by [full legal name in Latin letters], an individual entrepreneur (sole proprietor, "FOP") registered in Ukraine, who owns the software. Address: [address]. Ukrainian tax ID (RNOKPP): [РНОКПП]. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean this entrepreneur. The seller for all orders is Paddle.com (section 6).

2. What Svoim USA is

Svoim USA is self-help software. It helps you fill in a USCIS form yourself: I-765 (work permit) or I-90 (replace or renew a green card). USCIS is US Citizenship and Immigration Services.

The software:

  • shows each form question in English with a Russian or Ukrainian reference translation next to it;
  • puts your answers into the PDF form published by USCIS;
  • automatically checks for empty fields and formats (for example, dates or numbers);
  • shows general public information from official sources: document lists, filing addresses, USCIS fees.

The software does not:

  • give legal advice or tell you which form or category to choose;
  • assess your chances;
  • file anything for you or log into your USCIS account;
  • sign the form for you;
  • collect or forward USCIS fees.

You choose every answer. You are responsible for your answers being true and complete.

Svoim USA is software. It moves your answers into the fields of the official form. You review and sign the form yourself. Svoim USA does not fill in the Preparer section, because you fill in the form. If a person helped you, that person must sign the Preparer section.

Svoim USA is not a substitute for the advice or services of an attorney. The "Self-check" step lists situations "When you need an attorney". If your answer matches that list, we do not sell you access and we show where to look for an attorney.

Not affiliated with USCIS or any government agency. You can file for free yourself at my.uscis.gov. USCIS fees are paid separately, directly to USCIS.

3. Acceptance

You accept these terms when you use the site or pay for access. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

4. Who can buy

  • You can buy only if both addresses in your form (mailing and physical) are in one of these 16 states: Alabama (AL), Arkansas (AR), Connecticut (CT), Delaware (DE), Hawaii (HI), Idaho (ID), Louisiana (LA), Mississippi (MS), New Hampshire (NH), New Jersey (NJ), Oklahoma (OK), Pennsylvania (PA), South Dakota (SD), Texas (TX), Wisconsin (WI), Wyoming (WY). There is one exception inside a state: in Pennsylvania the software is not sold for addresses in the City of Philadelphia itself (suburbs are allowed). The reason is local law. Elsewhere only free materials are available. In Texas (TX) the software gives a translation of the form questions and hints for terms; in the other states on the list it gives the translation of the form questions only.
  • At payment, the state is checked again by the billing address (ZIP code) you enter in the Paddle checkout window. If the state is not on the list above, or the address is in the City of Philadelphia itself, access is not opened. The payment is refunded in full. You do not need to ask: we e-mail you and refund the money through Paddle.
  • Buyers must be 18 or older. A parent or guardian fills in a form for a minor.

5. Free and paid

Free:

  • the "When you need an attorney" self-check;
  • the general document list;
  • the first block of form questions;
  • the USCIS fee calculator;
  • a watermarked PDF preview (some fields hidden until payment);
  • an e-mail reminder about your document's expiry date.

Paid:

  • the remaining blocks of questions;
  • automatic check of formats and empty fields in your answers;
  • a clean PDF without the watermark;
  • your personal document list;
  • the filing address and how to assemble the package.

6. Price and payment

  • One-time payment per form. No subscription and no automatic charges.
  • Prices: I-90 — $39; I-765 — $49. The exact price is always shown on the form page and at checkout. If a discount or an early-access deposit applies, the final amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • USCIS fees are not included. You pay them to USCIS yourself.
  • Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. This means Paddle is the official seller. It sells you access, takes the payment, issues the receipt and pays sales tax. Paddle also processes refunds.
  • Paddle's buyer terms govern the payment itself between you and Paddle: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. They do not reduce your rights under these terms or under the laws of your state. If Paddle's terms conflict with these terms, these terms and the law of your state apply between you and us.

7. Refunds

Details are in the Refund Policy. In short:

  • within 30 days of payment you can get a refund without giving a reason, even if you have already downloaded the PDF;
  • ask through Paddle (paddle.net) or write to support@svoimusa.com;
  • we may refuse only if there are signs of fraud or refund abuse (see the Refund Policy).

These rules do not limit your rights and remedies under law.

8. Our promise (guarantee)

If USCIS rejects or returns your application because of a Svoim USA software error, we refund what you paid Svoim USA. A software error is, for example: a wrong PDF field, an outdated form edition, a wrong fee calculation for the category you selected.

This promise lasts 12 months from the payment date. It does not limit your other rights and remedies under law.

How to ask: write to support@svoimusa.com and attach the USCIS letter. You may black out numbers we do not need — see the Refund Policy. We review the request, and Paddle processes the guarantee refund. If Paddle cannot process the refund, we will find another lawful way to return your money.

9. Your data

The software does not send us your form answers or the files you add to it. They stay only in the browser on your device. The PDF is also built on your device.

Some data does reach us: your e-mail, state, order data from Paddle, and a USCIS letter if you send it for the guarantee. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

If you clear your browser, the draft is deleted. Save the draft file with the "Export" button.

10. Prohibited use

You may not:

  • use the software to deceive USCIS or any authority, or to submit false information;
  • fill in forms for other people for a fee (as a "helper" or "preparer");
  • hack the site, bypass payment or disrupt the site;
  • copy or resell the software, texts or translations.

11. Intellectual property

The software, texts, translations and design belong to us. After payment you get a personal right to use the software for one form. Your answers and your PDF belong to you. USCIS forms are US government documents.

12. Availability

We try to keep the site running at all times, but we cannot promise it will always be available without interruptions: maintenance and outages happen. USCIS may change a form or a fee. Then we pause sales of that form until we update the software.

13. Suspension

We may suspend access if you breach section 10. If we suspend access through no fault of yours, we refund your payment.

14. Changes

We may change these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a date. For a form you have already paid for, the terms in force on your payment date apply.

15. Complaints and disputes

  • Please write to us first: support@svoimusa.com. We reply within 72 hours.
  • The law of Ukraine applies to this agreement. This does not take away the protection that the laws of your state give you.
  • If a dispute is not resolved, you may go to court in Ukraine, where we are registered, or to court where you live. You choose.
  • All refunds are processed by Paddle. We review guarantee refund requests, and Paddle returns the money (section 8).

16. Languages

These terms exist in Russian, Ukrainian and English. If the versions differ, the Russian version prevails.
